Use Get a quote on any product (it opens WhatsApp with the product, SKU and quantity filled in), send your cart from the cart page, or fill in the quote form. Most quotes come back the same working day.

Yes, for approved facility accounts. Apply from My account; once approved, Invoice / purchase order appears at checkout.

Yes. Add products to your cart and choose Print proforma quotation — it generates a printable quotation with codes, quantities and totals.

In-stock items ship within 24–48 hours from North Easton, MA. Contract and pallet volumes are scheduled against your delivery calendar.

Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous US; smaller orders ship at a flat rate.

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 15 days. Factory defects or incorrect items are replaced within 3 working days of delivery.
